We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of accounting.

    Job Description:

    As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by assisting with various accounting tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
    • Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
    • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Assisting with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
