    Crit RH recrute pour le compte de son client, multinationale pharmaceutique : :

    Technical Project Manager

    MISSION PRINCIPALE :

    Assurer l'étude, la planification, le pilotage et la réalisation des projets techniques des affaires industrielles et des activités de qualification, de métrologie et Facilities en respectant le budget alloué dans les délais dans un environnement sûr et respectueux.

    MISSIONS :

    • Assurer la conduite de projets de travaux neufs.
    • Respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité lors des travaux de réalisation des projets.
    • Etude et établissement du dossier de faisabilité technique, économique et impact des projets techniques.
    • Établissement du cahier des charges concernant les aspects techniques, réglementaires, économiques et HSE.
    • Participation aux consultations et aux sélections des offres.
    • Assurer la bonne démarche PMO des phases du projet : Étude de faisabilité ; Planification ; Exécution (Pilotage) ; Contrôle ; Clôture des projets.
    • Assurer intégralement la phase clôture du projet : Réception des travaux en s'assurant de leur conformité au cahier des charges ; Gestion de la documentation et archivage.
    • Constitutions des dossiers de litiges éventuels et appels en garanties avec les intervenants sur les opérations réalisées (pendant et après).
    • Planification et organisation des activités relatives aux projets ainsi que des moyens / ressources (humains, budgétaires, techniques, Logiciels, informationnels).
    • Gérer les risques (financiers, humains, techniques) : anticipation, identification, mise en œuvre d'actions correctives.
    • Coordination de l'ensemble des travaux avec les services internes et les entreprises intervenantes.
    • Réalisation, Mise à jour et supervision des schémas et plans techniques.
    • Rédaction de la documentation technique et opérationnelle suite aux transformations post-projets
    • Gestion, suivi et contrôle des moyens / des équipements et de leur utilisation.

    Responsabilité HSE :

    Ingénierie :

    • S'assurer que la conception, la construction, la mise en service et la maintenance des installations contribuent à prévenir les incidents et à respecter ou dépasser les obligations de conformité.
    • Veiller à la conformité aux exigences du système de gestion HSE applicables aux activités dans la gestion des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants, lors de projet d'investissement autant que de maintenance.
    • Veiller au respect strict des consignes LOTO, permis de travail et sécurité machines.
    • Diriger et mettre en œuvre le programme de gestion de l'énergie.
    • Engager et mobiliser les fournisseurs afin de minimiser leur impact environnemental en fonction de nos objectifs Planet Mobilisation, tels que les objectifs de réduction des gaz à effet de serre (Scope 3), les produits pharmaceutiques dans l'environnement, etc.

    CONNAISSANCES ET COMPETENCES PROFESSIONNELLES :

    • Connaissance opérationnelle des systèmes d'amélioration continue, des outils lean manufacturing (5S, VM, TPM, etc) et des outils de résolution de problème.
    • Bonnes connaissances du français et de l'anglais professionnel
    • Connaissances techniques en instrumentations, mécanique, électricité industrielle, régulation et automatisme
    • Maîtrise de l'informatique industrielle et des outils de gestion de projet.

    EDUCATION ET EXPERIENCE :

    • Ingénieur (Expérience minimale de 5 ans)
    • Expériences réussies dans le pilotage des projets techniques et la gestion des équipe.
    • Expérience confirmée dans la maintenance, engineering ou méthodes dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou agroalimentaire
