    Bank ABC is reinforcing its Information Technology Department with the recruitment of an IT Help Desk Officer.

    1- Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.


    • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.


    • Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including e-mail, print, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software.


    • Perform assigned tasks related to Information Technology Systems operation.


    • Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.


    • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.


    • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.


    • Maintain inventory of all PCs.


    • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.


    • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.


    • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.


    • Participate on different IT Project.

    2- Education & Certifications:

    Bachelor's degree.

    Master's degree in security system information.

    3- Knowledge:


    • Technical Skills

    Good knowledge of operating systems.

    Good Knowledge of banking products.


    • Human and Professional Skills

    Good respect of the procedures.

    Good troubleshooting skills.

    Good organizational skills.

    Good communication Skills.

    4- Experience:

    Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.

    Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications.

    Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.

    Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.

    Freshly graduated profile is accepted.

    5- Personal Attributes:

    Self-motivated.

    Team player.
