    We are looking for an outstanding "IT Help Desk Technician"

    Essential Responsibilities:

    Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.

    Provide user technical assistance and perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.

    Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.

    Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.

    Repair or replace damaged hardware.

    Perform testing and evaluation of new software and hardware.

    Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

    Follow-up with users to ensure issues are resolved.

    Provide needed information on IT products or services.

    Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.

    Assist the IT Manager with the purchase, installation and security of IT equipment where necessary.

    Education:

    Computer Science or relevant field.

    Experience:

    Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.

    Technical skills:

    In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices.

    Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software.

    Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

    Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are advantageous.

    Soft skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Ability to learn new technologies and implement them.
