    Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre client, une multinationale de renommée,

    Office Manager

    MISSIONS :

    · Vous assurez le suivi des différentes demandes administratives

    · Vous organisez les rendez-vous, les missions, les déplacements et voyages

    · Vous effectuez régulièrement des inventaires mobiliers de bureaux et étatgénéral et prenez en charge des plaintes des employés en relation avecl'administration.

    · Vous effectuez une veille permanente sur les obligations de l'entreprise enmatière de services généraux

    · Vous préparez les dossiers du dirigeant et les documents administratifs,l'archivage de ses dossiers

    · Vous assurez la gestion administrative du personnel tout en veillant aurespect du droit de travail et du règlement intérieur.

    · Vous assurez le traitement, le suivi du pointage, les déclarations, lesaccidents de travail ainsi que les arrêts de maladie et les assurances.

    · Participer à la gestion financière de l'entreprise en ayant à charge lagestion de la trésorerie, de la comptabilité, parfois également de la paieainsi que les déclarations fiscales et sociales

    · Vous mettez à la disposition des employés les documents relatifs à larelation de travail des salariés (attestations, certificats et relevés, lettreset autres documents demandés par les employés).

    · Vous prenez en charge la relation client : accueillir et conseiller laclientèle

    · Vous participez à la stratégie commerciale

    · Vous pouvez en effet prendre part à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvred'actions commerciales ou marketing menées par l'entreprise.

    PROFIL RECHERCHE :

    · Titulaire d'une Licence en Gestion/Management,

    · Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans dans un poste similaire

    · Vous êtes doté d'un esprit de synthèse, d'organisation et d'analyse et avezun sens de la communication et du dialogue.

    · Vous avez un bon sens de l'écoute et de responsabilité.

    · Vous possédez de très bonnes connaissances en gestion du personnel, droitde travail et psychologie du travail.

    · Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
