    Bank ABC is reinforcing its Information Technology Department withthe recruitment of an IT TechnicalServices Officer.

    As anIT Technical Services Officer, you'llinstall and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults,and solve technical and application problems.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1- Daily Monitoring:

    Monitor the availability of all IT technicalinfrastructure components.

    Monitors the health of the servers and networkconnectivity.

    Monitors the health of the servers, by ensuring:

    1.Networkconnectivity

    2. Diskspace availability

    3. CPUavailability

    4. RAM availability

    Monitors the data replication between productionand backup servers to ensure High data availability for critical applications.

    2- Backup:

    Backs up all the bank data and configuration asper the IT procedure.

    Ensures availability of backed data, by regulartapes restore testing.

    Ensures the respect of the backup procedure interms of off-site storage.

    3- Maintenance:

    Tests the Windows security patches and updatesand deploys them on the live servers as per IT procedures.

    Updates the anti-virus signature files andengines on servers and workstations.

    4- Disaster Recovery Centre:

    Monitors the data replication between Tunis HOand DR site to ensure data availability.

    Assists in leading the test for bank's globalDisaster Recovery Sites.

    5- End-user Support:

    Activelyparticipates to the end-user support.

    Controlsthe external consultant laptops that connect to the Bank's network to ensureits protection.

    6- Documentation:

    Ensuresthe availability and the update of the technical documentation (installationguides, troubleshooting guides...).

    Participatesin the documentation update (software installation, user guide, troubleshootingguide...)

    7- Others:

    Replaces IT Network Administrator during hisabsence.

    Replaces IT HelpDesk during his absence.

    Job Requirements:

    1- Education:

    Engineering/ Master's Degree in Telecommunication& Network Systems or any relevant/ similar field.

    2- Knowledge:

    Knowledge of the IT best practices.

    Good knowledge of Windows Server Environment.

    Good knowledge of Windows Desktop Environment.

    Good knowledge of Windows infrastructure (AD,DNS, DHCP, Exchange).

    Good knowledge of Windows MS Servicesinfrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange).

    An in-depth knowledge of Windows operatingsystems.

    An in-depth knowledge of Information Securitybest practices.

    An in-depth knowledge of network design.

    A good knowledge of the security technologies(Firewall, VPN & IDS).

    A good knowledge of the security monitoringtools.

    A good knowledge of MS, Juniper and CISCOproduct lines.

    3- Experience:

    5 years experience in a similar role.
