    Description du Poste : Nous recherchons un(e) Events Manager passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique qui s'occupera également d'une partie de la prospection . Si vous possédez une expertise en gestion d'événements, associée à un souci du détail, cette opportunité est faite pour vous.

    Responsabilités : En tant qu'Events Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, la planification et la réalisation d'une gamme d'événements liés à des clients corporate. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

    • Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques en matière d'événements.
    • Gérer efficacement toutes les étapes de la planification, y compris la réservation de lieux, la coordination des fournisseurs et la gestion du budget.
    • Superviser la mise en œuvre de l'événement, en veillant à ce que chaque détail soit orchestré de manière impeccable.
    • Fournir un excellent service client en répondant aux demandes, en résolvant les problèmes et en assurant la satisfaction globale.
    • Assurer la prospection de client lie a notre activité en période baisse d'activité.

    Qualifications :

    • Expérience avérée en gestion d'événements, démontrant votre capacité à mener à bien des projets variés et à coordonner des équipes.
    • Excellentes compétences en communication, vous permettant de collaborer efficacement avec des clients, des collègues et des fournisseurs.
    • Maitrise du français, de l'anglais et de l'arabe.
    • Souci du détail exceptionnel et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément tout en maintenant la qualité.
    • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de planification d'événements.
