About the team:

The Operations Support team functions as a global unit dedicated to ensuring the support and reliability of FIS's MarketMap Realtime, Valdi Global Market Platforms, and Protegent.

The team also handles second-level support implementation, spearheads internal project implementation, and offers documentation.

Our products allow for flexible, cost-effective access to comprehensive, global, real-time, and historical data, news, and analytics through a user-friendly application. This helps businesses expand their data management capabilities by integrating data from leading providers such as S&P, Thomson Reuters, IDC, and MSCI. Our data integrity team collaborates closely with our vendor partners to deliver the most accurate data feeds.

What you will be doing:

You will be part of an international team comprising members from Tunisia, France, Switzerland, and the USA, supporting client requests by:

• Supporting over 120 stock exchanges
• Ensuring real-time server monitoring, availability, and low latency for Market Data Servers
• Maintaining more than 850 customer accounts hosted across over 200 servers
• Collaborating with CX teams, DEV teams, Network/Infra team, Exchanges Project managers, and Trading teams
• Providing Advanced Technical support
• Driving Platform enhancement Projects involving 2 DataCenters, 3 HUBS, 350+ Windows/Linux Servers, and 4500+ components
• Planning and deploying new releases
• Participating in Incident Management activities and managing High Severity Incidents

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of Windows Server
• Proficiency in Linux usage
• Experience in Incident Management and ITIL Process
• Passion for discovering/learning about new technologies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English for sprint reviews, presentations, etc.

Added bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of MS Exchange Server
• Understanding of SQL Server
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
