Principal Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge:
Hasintermediate to advanced IT background to be able to communicate efficientlywith solution architects and development teams.
Hascapabilities of gathering, consolidating, and documenting in detail all newrequirements, changes, and processes enhancements so that business stakeholders,the development team and test teams understand clearly the scope and theexpectations.
Hasthe experience in working closely with solution architects, UI/UX designers,product owners, development as well as testing teams.
Familiaritywith (preferably):
o Core banking systems.
o CRM systems.
o Scrum and agilemethodologies.
o Asset management tools suchas JIRA and Confluence.

Bachelorof Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field is required, orequivalent experience.
3. Experience
5+years' experience in business analysis and process improvement (Preferably inretail Banking industry).
