I am a Management Recovery and Contract Officer with a full time working experience (3 years).

I have started my professional career in 2018 , working for 6 months as an Insurance Agent in an english speaking call center targeting the USA market sadly I couldn’t continue due to my studies .However in 2019 , I was recruited to be part of the billing team in a multinational company,based in the UK ,

I worked there as an Accounts Payable for more than two years ,in which I was ranked the best performer ( more than 7 times )  .In April 2022 , I decided to embark myself into a new adventure in my career taking the job of a Back Office Officer and being also part of the billing team in Free2move.

In addition to my tasks as a back office officer ,I helped with the onboarding ,the job training , implementing the work process since it was a pilot project and a new department being installed in the company.

In September of the same year,I got an offer to hold the position of Management Recovery and Contract Officer ,being responsible for the debts’ recovery department.

My job is basically solving disputes ,assuring that our invoices are getting paid and weekly preparing reports so I can discuss with our CFO the business plan for the next week.
