understand their lighting plan .
_Follow the direction of the Electrical Lead in executing the installation and
wiring of our power distribution design.
_Be responsible for problem solving related to the lighting of our custom
exhibit items.
_Understand the AC power system involved in our set-up and always use a safety first approach to AC wire connections.
_ Rigging and operating necessary lighting equipment.
_ Taking direction and cues from the Stage Manager.
_ Use manual and computer-controlled lighting systems during the show.
_Keeping lighting equipment in a good and safe working condition.
_Modifying patches and machine addresses.
_Electrical maintenance duties when needed.
_Keeping updated with new technology within the theatre industry.
