Analyze the needs expressed by customers or prospects. Facilitate general and/or detailed design workshops, then write the related functional specifications, configure and implement Sage X3 modules. Edit and add the specificities requested by the customers, Carry out functional tests to validate the configuration, developments, interfaces/recoveries… . Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements and returns defective equipment/parts to maintenanceinventory, document customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory.
