My name is Khalil Guedbani, and I hold a National Diploma in Well Drilling Engineering. I am 27 years old and have completed two years of preparatory studies in Geology and Biology at the Faculty of Science of Tunisia

My professional journey has led me to work as a water well drilling engineer at Ste Equipement Hydraulique for a year.

 Driven by passion, a dream, and profound admiration for the industry, I continually seek opportunities in the oil and gas sector, even if it means pursuing my aspirations without immediate financial gain

My educational and professional background has equipped me with valuable skills and a unique perspective. My graduation project focused on studying the impact of drilling mud on drilling equipment across three confidentially named wells (Well 1, Well 2, Well 3) situated in southern Tunisia. This involved a comprehensive analysis of the rheological properties of these wells to understand their effects on drilling equipment performance. By identifying potential causes of delays, such as stuck pipes, excessive torque and drag, corrosion, and equipment failure, I gained insights that can lead to more efficient drilling processes.

The outcomes of my research were significant:

1. Insightful understanding of inspection and maintenance criteria.

2. Development of detailed technical specifications for drilling equipment enhancement.

3. Identification of root causes of equipment malfunction and performance deterioration through meticulous analysis of well data, daily drilling reports, and inspection reports.

4. Formulation of practical recommendations to minimize non-productive time resulting from drilling mud impact.
