environment and Active Directory (AD), GPOs, DNS, DHCP, 
• Proven ability to provide escalated IT support including hardware troubleshooting, backup and recovery.

• Good understanding of LAN Network implementation using Cisco switches (VLAN, Trunk, Spanning tree)
