New challenges for a new life

Dear Sir, Madam,

I am writing to express my keen interest in the advertised position of AQUACULTURE SITE MANAGER at Kelly Cove Salmon Ltd.

With 16 years of experience, first with Louis Dreyfus Armateurs in Paris, as sales manager, I was able to manage the logistics, sales, and Quality aspects of sea freight on various lines. I then decided to start my own business.

Thus, I launched SAMAKA, an aquaculture company, where I have been acting as CEO for 11 years. I started this project by proceeding through all the stages linked to the company's viability, up to team management, and through the establishment of financing schemes, revenue and profit analyses, as well as supervising the IT, communication, and marketing departments.

With excellent interpersonal skills, I was able to develop and maintain close and trusting relationships with the various actors in the corporate environment including local and foreign suppliers, as well as representatives from private and public administrations and ministries, one of the main tasks that I managed with passion and diligence.

These experiences enabled me to enhance my ability to adapt to changing circumstances and to anticipate unpredictable situations. Furthermore, meeting deadlines, organization, strong communication, and team motivation are, in my perspective, key factors for successful management.

The opportunity to apply for this position would allow me to further integrate my business management skills while combining them with my passion for aquaculture and provide a constructive, solution-oriented perspective.
