    We are currently looking for a person for the position

    Recruitment & Orientation Specialist

    Main responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate withhiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, andrequirements for each position.
    2. Facilitate thehiring process, including preparing job offers, negotiating terms and conditionsof employment.
    3. Develop andimplement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidate.
    4. Sourcing and attractingcandidates using various methods, including databases, social media, andemployee referrals.
    5. Conducting interviewsusing selection tools to evaluate applicants within a specified schedule.
    6. Screening resumesand applications.
    7. Manage theonboarding process to help new employees integrate seamlessly into theorganization.
    8. Providing analyticalreports.
    9. Act as a pointof contact and build influential relationships with candidates during theselection process .
    10. Promoting employer reputation
    11. Tracking hiringMetrics.
    12. Maintainaccurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS

    Requirements and skills :

    1. Minimum of 3 years of experiencein talent acquisition or recruitment, learning and development, preferably in alarge organization
    2. Strong knowledge of recruitmentstrategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods
    3. Experience with ATS and other HRtechnology platforms
    4. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively withhiring managers, candidates, and external partners
    5. Strong organizational and projectmanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    6. Analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights fromrecruitment data
    7. Ability to work independently andas part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
    8. Experience developing anddelivering training programs using a variety of delivery methods.
    9. Proficiency with learningmanagement systems (LMS) and other learning technology
