    Are you fluent in English?

    • Advancia Teleservices is currently seeking 25 dynamic and motivated English-speaking teleadvisors to join their team.

    • As a teleadvisor, your main responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our English-speaking clientele.

    Operational Context:

    • Handling English-language user support through inbound calls & chats on behalf of a leading global provider of video equipment.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • - Monthly net pay of 1200 DT for 40 hours of work

    • - Additional 100 DT bonus for perfect attendance and adherence to schedules

    • - Extra bonuses based on meeting qualitative objectives

    • - Meal allowance of 6 DT for each day worked

    • - Comprehensive 4 to 5 weeks of paid training

    • - Various corporate benefits and agreements
