About the role:
As a Service Delivery Supervisor in the CIO organization, you will oversee daily operations, including system administration, user support, and issue troubleshooting.

About the team:

We belong to the IT Delivery organization (CIO), responsible for Infrastructure and Application Managed Services for various sectors within Capital Markets. We provide support for production platforms across divisions such as Post Trade Services, Trading and Compliance, and Wealth Management. Embracing continuous improvement, innovation, and automation, we foster a culture open to diverse technologies and software architectures.

What you will be doing:

• Offer daily expertise and direct supervisory support for information systems design, development, operations, architecture, data security, networks, and analysis,

• Lead in areas such as planning, coaching, recruitment, performance development, and mentorship,

• Handle complex problem-solving and serve as the point of escalation for daily issues,

• Establish work schedules, deadlines, workflow, and methods for staff,

• Participate in planning and designing technology solutions to meet business needs,

• Aid in setting organizational unit goals and objectives,

• Identify resource requirements, collaborate with management, and allocate resources effectively,

• Ensure adherence to IT standards, practices, procedures, and controls for efficiency, platform compatibility, data integrity, and regulatory compliance,

• Implement disaster recovery, backup procedures, and control structures,

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with platform owners and other BU representatives,

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise,

• Provide regular metric reporting,

• Coordinate service delivery with groups to ensure uninterrupted IT services.

What you bring:

• Experience in systems administration with large-scale systems,

• Solid IT acumen,

• Proficiency in SSL, Internet protocols (SMTP, LDAP, DNS), and other networking protocols,

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English,

• Up to 6 years of relevant experience.
