Job Description

• Deploys LEONI and customer quality strategies, ensuring compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).

• Leads internal and customer quality meetings, manages escalation processes, and ensures effective action plans.

• Acts as main customer interface for all quality topics, including claims, audits, and technical negotiations.

• Manages Customer Quality Interface (CQI) team and daily activities of Quality & Technical Residents at customer sites.

• Supports plants and projects with quality planning, problem-solving, training, and CSR deployment.

• Monitors and negotiates liability in case of technical issues, warranty claims, or customer complaints.

• Coordinates quality support during development, pre-production, and mass production phases.

• Ensures effective follow-up of reworks, deviations, audits, and corrective actions.

• Provides quality performance reports, supports regulatory and product safety compliance, and promotes best practices.

• Performs regular visits to customer and plant sites to secure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 year in Production management (PAI, QM...).
• Education Level: Engineering Degree or Master's in technical field.
