Job summary
Manages the ordering and release of rework tool handy tool clip gun etc during product changes and new introduction Change Management & Project Management Acts as interface between production engineer and supplier for any new designed tool Installs supports in releases of process for foaming tool moulding tool and all other innovated tooling application of robot AGV VR glass etc Creates Maintenance Working instructions for all kinds of tools makes sure Maintenance team is trained coached Performs activities in order to establish setup parameters keep figures into system for necessary tools Manufactures coordinates service provider to delivery auxiliary tools fixtures as well as non-standard equipment Performs specific activities for construction modification assembly facilities according to requirements standards during product changes and new introduction Change Management & Project Management according to process flow plan Defines sets up spare parts database with all required information orders initial spare parts Implements lessons learned best practice actively shares information within Production Management network country plants Creates reviews Tooling preparation local work instruction training for Production Maintenance team regarding tools Monitors traceability ordered tools material status needed material configuration tests validation Ensures support execution technical changes based on drawing requirement QM requirement etc
