I'm Maryem Zidi, freshly graduated in digital marketing from FSEG Sousse and National head of talent management at AIESEC in Tunisia.

During my previous role as Vice president Talent Management in AIESEC in Tunisia sousse , I efficiently conducted approximately 200 applicants in face-to-face interviews and implemented a very organized recruitment process .

I also used my strong organization skills and strategic thinking to revamp the new members in AIESEC onboarding process. I developed a streamlined, standardized new members process to ensure that the newbies experienced a comprehensive introduction to our organization and culture.

I also worked on data collecting and analyzing through automated tools ( google sheet) to ensure the good tracking of our membership and also the data driven decisions that we're taking.

Also now with being the National Head of Talent Management at AIESEC  I experienced team management and working within a team in many positions and many opportunities and I am ensuring the good experience of more than 1000 members within the organization.
