Passionate about the food industry and driven by curiosity, I am currently a student pursuing a degree in Food Industry Engineering. My academic journey has enabled me to develop a strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and the emerging technologies that are shaping our industry.

I firmly believe that the food industry is a fertile ground for innovation, and I am determined to actively participate in its transformation. I am open to internship opportunities, or networking to continue learning, growing, and contributing to a more sustainable and promising future in the food industry.

I had the opportunity to complete three internships, each lasting one month, in various industries. My first internship took place at a coffee company, where I worked on coffee quality control. My second internship was in a microbiological analysis laboratory, where I gained skills in microbiology by conducting various analyses to detect different bacterial strains. Finally, my third internship was at a poultry processing company, where I held a quality control position in the slaughterhouse, the cutting room, and the modified atmosphere packaging workshop. During this internship, I deepened my knowledge of the HACCP method.
