With over 20 years of experience in public administration, legal affairs, and procurement strategy—including more than a decade in leadership roles within governmental institutions—I am confident in my ability to provide expert legal oversight and strategic advice aligned with international best practices.

As the President and Founder of the NGO "Quaite-Solaire", I have worked to promote renewable energy access across North Africa. I also served as Chair of the Arab Network SHAMCI (2016–2020), advocating for cross-border regulatory harmonization and public-private partnerships.
 

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Law and currently serve as Director of Legal and Litigation Affairs in a national institution. My role encompasses overseeing complex contracts, public procurement operations, and dispute resolution processes. Previously, I led the Public Procurement Department and was in charge of the Permanent Secretariat for Public Markets, where I contributed to major regulatory reforms and ensured compliance with national and international procurement frameworks, including those aligned with IFI (e.g., AfDB, EBRD) standards.
