I am currently an account manager and an MA student doing my research on psycholinguistics and neurolinguistics in the field of applied linguistics in the faculty of Sfax. I am 22 years old and aiming for the position of cabin crew at Emirates.

I take care of people's accounts , solve their problems in a way that satisfies both parties . I try to maintain a good relationship between the clients and suppliers . My customer service aims at having a long term relationship with the clients and maintaining the reputation of the company.
