Indeed, I spent more than 14 years as a military officer in which I held various positions that allowed me to master interesting leadership skills and an ability to establish the necessary diagnoses and security plans in order to be able to respond to emergency situations.

Indeed, I had the opportunity in my professional career to have accomplished tasks of design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of some projects in the framework of the American-Tunisian defense partnership in a prevention program in the field of national security.

Nevertheless, my experiences as an observer coach trainer, either during the rotation with NATO countries at the Multinational Joint Readiness Center, or at the Joint Readiness Center that I assisted, allowed me to master the tools of managing different complex scenarios by collaborating with the different actors

Also, my years of experience at the Center of Excellence for the Rehabilitation of Forces, either as director of training, or as representative of the center in the Bilateral Country Action Plan with the American partner, have allowed me to master the tools of planning and review of action plans to achieve the objectives in the long term in terms of security training and emergency reactions of the Tunisian armed forces, especially in the fight against terrorism.

Thus, I strengthened my knowledge through training in QHSE management, identification and assessment of occupational risks. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and I continued to better adapt my knowledge with the context of civil organizations through my advanced studies that I have already carried out with the institute (ISMI) from which I managed to obtain my Level 6 certification which enabled me to master the following modules: Security Risk Analysis, Crime Prevention, Security Function Management, Leadership and Management, Design, Security Assessment and Monitoring, Perimeter Protection , management of access to buildings, protection of video surveillance (CCTV), fight against terrorism of installations, protection of information and protection of -personnel at risk.
