As an IT engineering student with deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, I am looking forward to a help desk role. My 3 months experience as a telemarketer in a call center has improved my communication and customer service skills allowing me to effectively support and engage with customers. Now, in my final year, I am keen to apply my skills and knowledge to a more technical role. As my studies neared completion, I could start working right away, and I was determined to use my free time wisely and productively. I look forward to bringing my IT expertise and enthusiasm to the Help Desk team while continuing to develop my skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

As an undergraduated student i haven't had many jobs, but i  Worked as a teleseller at TREGI TUNISIA for a period of 3 months, gaining valuable experience in sales and customer service, I also demonstrated effective communication and persuasion skills while engaging with customers over the phone, promoting products, and addressing their inquiries while developping strong negotiation skills by handling objections and closing sales deals in a target-driven environment.

i also had 2 summer internships during my cursus in AXE Finance where i also developped important technical skills that goes with my studies and i learned how to manage my time and my stress while working with a team.

i also worked as a graphic designing freelancer in my free times as a hobby because i enjoy creative work and art and interacting with new people and trying to understand diffrent personnalities.

As an IT engineering student with an extensive background in development and financial technology, I bring unique skills to the help desk role. Through my courses, I acquire the technical skills needed to troubleshoot and solve problems, skills that are essential for responding to customer inquiries. Additionally, my experience in financial technology has further honed my analytical skills and attention to detail, which are essential for providing effective and accurate support. I'm passionate about combining my technical and financial expertise to help clients solve IT-related challenges while thriving in the dynamic environment of the service desk.
