At a glance, I am an experienced tax advisor with over 14 years of practice in renowned national and international firms (PWC Tunis office, Cabinet Raouf Yaich, Deloitte Tunis office, EY Tunisia).

During my career, my experience covered financial and tax assurance services, tax and social audit, tax and social consulting, tax and legal assistance, accounting assistance, tax and financial due diligence, research in all Tax fields, tax advisory for acquisitions and take overs, monitoring of tax litigation with tax authorities, studies on tax impact due to the implementation of a consortium of companies, mergers, IPO (Initial Public Offering). 

The main technical skills I had developed during my career, and I am continuously developing focus on international taxation: action against BEPS, BEPS 2.0, transfer pricing, familiar with OECD as well as UN model convention dealing with cross-border taxation, etc. 

Currently I am an International Tax & Transaction Services Partner at EY Tunisia, mainly in charges of the “International Tax Services” as well as the “People Advisory Services” sub-services line, which has developed on me excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ease of transfer of knowledge and information through the hosting of seminars and participating in various conferences dealing with all Tax Aspects, in addition to the fact that the success in my current position requires necessary that I should be result orientated. Furthermore, my current position requires from me to be in direct contact with clients and high executives of large multinational companies and firms with ease of communication with the tax administration higher authorities, which I consider one of the most stimulating parts of my daily job, considering the gregarious person I am. At this stage, I am managing, supervising and developing a team of 55 persons (and sometimes more), report to the Partners and the Top Management of the firm (local and cross-border) about the progress made in a given project and identification of all the problematic areas with the proposed accurate alternatives and solutions (from the Go To Market and the prospection stage until the provision of the concerned services and the finalization and sign-off of the deliverables, and this is, either in French or in English).

Apart from this I am the Country Tax Quality Leader, in charge of the Tax Quality Review procedures and policies, the coordination of Quality Review either locally and also cross-border, in order to get the assurance as regard to the compliance of the works with the RM rules and Quality standards.
