I am currently a senior consultant in management and strategy with an experience of more than 4 years. I have been involved in about 20 PMO and strategy missions in various sectors and activities. Some missions address macroeconomic and sectorial issues, led by international and national donors, and others address the specific needs of businesses.

The projects I managed and participated in cover several themes, in particular, the evaluation and improvement of the performance of companies, the HR diagnosis and identification of training an competencies needs, the strategic diagnosis and repositioning, the implementation of Quality approaches, operational excellence and process re-engineering. Indeed, one of my main vocations for 4 years is the realization of studies and financial and economic analyses for structuring projects and for programs commanded by international donors and national public structures and for others projects managed by private companies and groups.

Mainly, the sectors of activity of my clients are the industries (agri-food, electronics and mechanics, pharmaceuticals ...), commerce and mass distribution, transport and logistics, energy and renewable energies, Green Economy and Low Carbon Transition, Vocational Training and others. The missions I have participated in cover Tunisia, Niger, Portugal and Morocco. 

I am an industrial engineer graduated from the National Engineering School of Tunis with a European quality EUR-ACE labelled diploma
