Cold End Manager (2022-present)

• Quality control management: non-conformance management, improve the existing control plan and procedure, lead a weekly meeting for quality review, customer complaint handling, creation of an internal cold-end audit procedure, preparation for audits and customer visits.
• Packaging process management: non-conformance management of packaging materials, oversee testing of new packaging materials and select suppliers, oversee packaging quality control
• Collaboration: coordination with support services to resolve the problems (production, design and engineering, molding, maintenance, sales, HR, …)
• Team management: promoting a culture of safety, team conflict management, creation of an onboarding plan for new employees in the cold end, employee assessment and competency management, ensuring effective communication within the team
• Continuous improvement management: leading a 5S project in the cold end

• Project management: PPAP and RAMP-UP leading, management of 7 operating ranges, resource allocation for 4 Autonomous Production Groups, raw material stock management on production lines, production scheduling, non-conformity and risk management
