Done 6 months of internship at Tunisie Telecom Region of Tunis ... at the Customer Service Center PRODUCTION AND SAV TECHNICIAN (DELIVERY & SAV UNIT) (DRT Manar). Installation and commissioning of internet modems and telephone lines in the RTC and IP-MSAN network. Recovery of disturbances, copper lines, our scope extends from the telephone exchange to the complete installation at the customer, maintenance on the network (transport, distribution, and dispatcher), drawing and commissioning of ADSL lines. Processing customer requests and creating accounts on Alcatel, Huawei applications ... for the commissioning of new adsl vdsl subscriptions with the configuration of ports for each service requested, test, control and analysis of incidents requested by the customer. PFF internship within the MULTICOM company setting up a local network configuration of the different equipment router, switch, access point. Deployment of a DHCP server on the LAN network configuration of an AD DS (Win serv 12)
