During my time working as a UI/UX and Graphic Designer in Norma, I had the opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally. The experience provided me with valuable insights and skills that have shaped my career in design.

One of the key lessons I learned at Norma was the importance of understanding the end-user. Through conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback, I gained a deep understanding of how design decisions impact the overall user experience. This knowledge allowed me to create designs that were not only visually appealing but also highly intuitive and user-friendly.

Working in a collaborative environment at Norma taught me the value of effective communication and teamwork. I learned how to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers and marketers, to ensure that design solutions aligned with project goals and met the needs of stakeholders. This collaborative approach fostered creativity and innovation, resulting in improved design outcomes.

Another significant aspect I learned at Norma was the importance of adaptability and flexibility in design. I had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, each with its unique requirements and challenges. This experience taught me how to quickly adapt my design approach, think creatively, and find solutions that met the project objectives.

Throughout my academic pursuits, I acquired a comprehensive understanding of the core principles of Graphic Design, focusing on various facets such as logo creation, video editing, and narrative development. Notably, I have honed my skills as a self-taught UI/UX Designer, further expanding my expertise in the field.
