 I currently work as a Project Manager at  fulfillment bridge, my tasks are the following : 

• Prepare test cases
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production 
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations 
• Supervision the stages of the test project and validation of the implemented solution -Customer support in the use 

Back in 2019, I started working in fulfillment bridge as a customer success manager 

I had my bachelor degree in 2014 and then at the end of 20217 I had my license degree from ISG Tunisia I decided to get my master's degree in 2019 and in that same year I started working at fulfillment bridge
