Time Measurement.

Develop Lay-outs and improve production flows.

Plan, lead meetings and manage activities with the services (Quality,  Logistics, Production, Technical, ..) for improvement projects.

Plan and do KOSU audits at segment level.  Participate in QRQC daily meetings.

Participate in 8D quality report.

Participate in customer's quality complaints analyse.

Participate in the development of the efficiency Stretch Goal for 2021.  Propose and monitor the implementation of 2 new methods (Power of  substations by wires and organization of the flow of wiring trolleys) by the  Process Production Engineering department.
