As a Data Science Intern at Tunisie Telecom, I led the development of a chatbot for optimizing radio KPIs, utilizing LSTM neural networks and K Means clustering. Additionally, my role as a Web Developer at Esprit Entreprise involved designing web-based training administration solutions and implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication for user logins.

I have pursued a comprehensive educational journey that underscores my commitment to excellence in data science and software development. I hold a Master's Degree in Data Science and Software Development from the University of Manouba, where my research focused on the development of an intelligent chatbot for radio KPI optimization.
