PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS:
Important and complex industrial project with a tight schedule of work and overlaps with many
subcontractors.the civil works tender was awarded to SBF, which is represented in 3
construction contracts: 1- construction of technical buildings.
2-construction of nontechnical buildings.
3- roads and landscaping works.
Some statistics about this project: 6000m² of asphalt, 5500 T of steel, 35000 m3 of concrete,
5000 driven piles ,2.2 million of work hours,10 000 m2 project toatal area,Sheet piling works:
14,500 m2. Laying of 600 mL of BONNA Concrete pipes with diameters of 2000 and 2800.Jacking
work for concrete pipes with a diameter of 2000.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-manage day-to-day operational aspects of project scope by effectively applying methodologies
that enforce project standards and by minimizing exposure of project to risks.
-create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and
requirements, including the identification of needed resources.
-updating, monitoring and controlling of the various plannings: execution, financial and
resources and Elaboration of method statement and technical query.
-piloting of works in coordination with site managers through work progress meetings by
proposing corrective actions for overdue structures in order to complete the work within the
contractual deadlines.
-study the entire site file and preparations of site reports (daily weekly and monthly).
-conduct quality control inspections intermediately and in the punch list phase
of projects and review workloads and set priorities to meet required project schedules and
objectives.
-commit the expenses related to the site according to the budget
-contract monitoring: Articles and market prices
-respecting the technical specifications of the project.
-ensure the follow-up of the various subcontractors and working with effectivness to get the
provisional acceptance certificate.

An ambitious architectural work and An exceptionally large project ,On the shores of the suburbs,
the SBF team was carrying out the major works of the main shopping and leisure center in Tunisia;
a 90,000 m2 building with more than 600 underground parking spaces, 9,000 m2 for Hyper
market, 95 shops, games area, 8 cinemas and a Food-cost
A set of floors made up of more than 33 joints required the installation of 5 tower cranes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-achieving construction activities related to substructure works like excavation, soil disposal,
installation dewatering systems, driven piles works, pile head preparation, rebar works, shuttering
works of foundations, casting concrete, waterproofing, backfilling.
-achieving construction activities related to superstructure and architectural works like columns,
walls, slabs, masonry, plastering, ceramic wall and floor, gypsum, interior and exterior
painting,ceiling,firefighting system,potable water,sewage network,carpentry..
-achieving construction activities related to roads & landscaping works.
-drawing up as-built drawings
-looking after construction activities, making the requisition and facilitating the arrangement
procurement of construction materials.
