In addition to my role as Power Plant Manager, I have also taken on the responsibilities of Technical Director, where I play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the company’s fleet while supporting its operational and strategic objectives.

Full CAMO Management: Ensured compliance with EASA Part M and Part CAMO requirements for an ATR fleet. Developed, modified, and analyzed the effectiveness of Maintenance Programs (MP).
Team Management & Development: Supervised and led multidisciplinary teams (engineering, supply, maintenance). Responsible for planning, training, and competency tracking.
Engineering & Regulatory Compliance: Monitored technical documentation, implemented ADs, SBs, CNs. Managed certificate of airworthiness extensions. Conducted internal and subcontractor (MRO) audits.
Technical Support & Client/OEM Relations: Primary technical interface with authorities (EASA), clients, OEMs (ATR, GE, Pratt & Whitney), and suppliers. Managed technical queries and incident investigations.
Project Management & Optimization: Led aircraft modification projects and new aircraft type introductions. Drove process improvements to enhance fleet reliability and reduce costs.
Crisis & Safety Management: Managed technical and operational crises. Implemented and oversaw a Safety Management System (SMS).
