have an above the averge experiance in telesales since I worked as a tele-sales agent and doing so sharped my skills thats related to negotiation in genral  which includs handling opjection and understand the customer needs so you can close the sale.

In respect of translation I learned that the quality of the translated text depends mainly in the method of researching used by the translation. in other words, its not about turning a text from a language to another, its about reaching the basis and the soul of the text.

unfortunately, I did not find references in arabic that I can read to understand the  main idea of the thesis, therefore used english references which is highly related to my subject.

by doing so, I improved my academic english to the extent that  made me capable regarding doing resarches and write articles in english.
